A walk in the woods

After work this morning I took the dogs over to Rolleston for a walk through the woods. The dogs love it, lots of smells, though had to keep them on the extendable leads for fear of them chasing the ducks!

As we turned a corner I captured this photo. There are two ducks in the middle of the pic and when Poppy & Cassie clocked them, they just sat down and watched almost mesmerised.

With an attention span of a gnat, they were soon distracted by a woodpecker (which we couldn't see, could only hear) and off we went.

Popped into see Lisa, who was busy getting ready for her 5 yr old daughters birthday party tomorrow, it was all a bit chaotic, so I left her to it!!

Finished the day with a lovely meal this eve at the Blenheim with Mr WW. He passed his level one ski instructors training today, so we went out to celebrate with some good food and a couple of g & t's!
