Another day in the Lake District. Today we parked between Rydal Water and Grasmere. We had planned to walk round Rydal Water but the rain was quite heavy so instead we had a shorter walk just along to Grasmere . We were rewarded with beautiful views again.
Then on to Ullswater for a quick stop at Aira Force - and the water was certainly coming down well!
Our last visit was to beautiful Haweswater reservoir. We had planned a walk along the lakeside but it was so cold and windy we whipped out after a few minutes and just enjoyed the views from the warmth of the car!
