Running to keep ahead

I think this wee bird is a Sanderling but Iain@Creel who is the resident expert wil confirm. It must be one of the one of the fastest little birds on two legs rushing about looking for tidbits in the wet sand just ahead of the tide. The beaches in Wales are beautiful, long with white sand although not always easy to get at.
