Goggle or radio

On the bi polar front my mood is very stable, apart from the fact of having very early mornings 5am and I won't get to sleep until about 2pm 3pm .i put this radio on some nights at level 3 just enough to hear it and no more its 3.45am and am still wide awake i have asked for support with house work as when am feeling low it's the last thing on mind and when I am elated I just have to many things to do.I asked a my CPN about a fortnight ago and she has not yet got back to me i will try phoning Friday. Good news we are planning another trip to the Borders Jedburgh,Kelso, Galashiels and Coldstream.
