Tap tap tap tap
All around the back streets where we live you can see small workshops with people tapping away with hammers at metal objects, moulding them into sacred handicrafts (mostly Tibetan Buddhist items). Many of the the people tapping away are very young, and should probably be in school...
Today we took it easy and started sorting out our things ready to come home (boo!).
In the evening we went out with Aman's family to have pizza. Aman was a colleague here and is a very good man. His wife and three children and simply the loveliest politest people you could hope to meet. We had a lovely time, which included an exciting taxi convoy through Patan, not really knowing where we were going! We will miss them.
