Samantha

This is my Granddaughter Samantha. She was one of the Belle's for the Cape Fear Garden Club's 60th Annual Garden Tour which is part of the annual Azalea Festival. She was escorted by one of the cadets from the Citadel. There were 136 Belle's all dressed in antebellum style gowns.

This is the first time in 60 years that the opening ceremony had to be held indoors due to heavy rain.
