Boy wonder and two of his favourite cousins

It's been a stressful time for my mum whilst she has been here. Also for my uncle and aunty. They have all been backwards and forwards to the hospital every day and unfortunately, the old adage of no news is good news is not the case when a family member remains very poorly in hospital with every test under the sun failing to give an answer. The medics are flummoxed.

Tonight is mums last night. She leaves tomorrow morning after 10 days that have not panned out as any of us expected.

So tonight, after visiting, we all went for a meal at our favourite restaurant.

It was lovely. I have had too much wine but at least the pain and the urge to cry that I felt earlier has gone.

Today has not been good. Did too much yesterday. Have paid dearly for it in terms of pain and fatigue today. I know now that an hour and a half on my feet is too much for one day. Back to baby steps.
