7 A.M. Wakeup Call

Actually we'd been up for awhile but it's a bit jarring to have a cement truck this close.  They've finally poured the concrete slab for the house next door to us which will be the last house on our little stretch of street.  

We're getting some much needed rain - gentle with a little lightning tonight.  

Finished up my knee treatments this week so the plan is to wait 2 weeks to see how it settles after all the manipulation.  It is definitely better - I was able to do a few yoga classes from home in the last week, take little walks and actually had a couple of days that were relatively pain free.
