Homeward bound

I’m watching my son’s progress home from Madeira - around 54 hours later than planned. He and 5 other lads were on a stag weekend, all due back at work Tuesday and now due to land back at Manchester at around 1am on Thursday after their flight was delayed.  David really needs to be back in London first thing tomorrow but I’m hoping he drives here tonight instead as I don’t want him driving all that way overnight. I think the stag weekend novelty may have worn off…..

A couple of Blippers were delayed on the outward trip too, they’re safely there now. Apparently it’s a relatively common issue with Madeira - it’ll be David’s own stag do later this year - Blackpool it is then!
