The installation (Pixelbloom) is returning for the fifth time, as part of a series of events to celebrate Washington DC’s famed cherry blossoms. Several dozen events will take place over the next 3 or so weeks — including the street festival, which I’ll photograph on behalf of the organizers. Good times :)
