Dennis in his armchair!

I was out with the Intermediate Walkers today. We walked uphill for 1.5 miles from Bardon Mill and circled back via Vindolanda. It was just 5 miles in total.

It rained nearly all day, but it was just drizzly rather than heavy rain. 

Here is Dennis enjoying the armchair rock. You can see some of the countryside behind him. The sky was heavy and grey all day and it was quite hazy.

None of this stopped the lively conversation and many laughs as we enjoyed being in the fresh air and with each other.

Maureen (Mum's carer) tested negative yesterday but was still symptomatic. She did a pcr and it is positive. I don't think that many people are negative only a week into the infection. Don't trust lateral flow test all the time!
