Ring fit

I didn’t have a photo today so Paul very kindly offered to pose with his new purchase - a Ring Fit to use with his Switch. I had a go after work and I could see myself using it for exercising in the morning before work - it was quite good fun!

As it was a Wednesday, I used my long lunch break to meet another friend for lunch at the local garden centre - it was nice to catch up. We had intended to go for a walk but the rain was a bit incessant today.

We did experience a bit of the orange-tinged Sahara sky today but it wasn’t very pronounced and didn’t last all that long. But there was a lot of dust on the car windscreen when I drove it at lunchtime - it made quite a mess as the windscreen wipers got going.
