Sitting Ducks!

The road I usually take on my way home, affectionately known as The Smelly Mile, was unexpectedly closed off tonight...leading to heavy, heavy congestion on the alternative ring road. This on a route already plagued by huge ongoing road works to widen the road and change the entire layout...a new bridge and all sorts are on the cards. It meant lots of sitting and listening to Sara Cox on Radio 2!

It's been a splishing splashing and sploshing stroll, but I didn't mind. Fresh air was, as ever, very welcome...even with added moisture!!
