School run

I was outside the school early today - I can’t bear the stress of arriving with the majority, meeting the secondary school parents head on, and battling for a parking space near to Noo’s school. Today’s experience was something else!! The traffic was backed up in both directions, and nobody could get through the bottleneck outside Noo’s school. Nobody would budge, and one irate man left his van to reprimand the drivers coming down the hill. I’m not sure how it was resolved in the end; Noo and I just waited patiently until we could move.
