I went to Seven Islands Pond en route to Wimbledon... Couldn't choose between my birdy pics, so (to cut a long story short?) here's someone else's shaggy dog.
Sahara sands made for very strange light! I was tempted to post a coot with sparkly blue glints on the water, or mallards flying against the eerily orange sky.
