Dockside

This is James Watt dock in Greenock. Slightly obscured behind in adjacent Garvald dry dock is the Calmac double funnelled Islay ferry "Finlaggan" while close to us is "Sound of Soay" from nearby Cowal and beyond is Calmac's "Loch Portain", this latter having come a long way as it serves Berneray in Western Isles.
We had our second picnic of the year and some gentle walking at Battery Park on this calm dry Wednesday.
