Solitude

The family all packed up and headed home this morning.
With Steve at work this made my day very quiet and although in my head last night I had a number of things I would do I have actually done none of the things on my list.

It has been quite a lazy one but then isn't that what time off is for?

Casper seems a bit more relaxed now a toddler isn't running after him all the time. Niamh just loves animals and it was so cute to watch her chase Casper shouting "Cat, Cat". Luckily Casper is very mild mannered so just tried to avoid her more than anything. He is finally used to Aidan though, who is a bit more aware and softer/ gentler with him, however it wasn't that long ago he was the toddler chasing Casper shouting "Cat" at him.

The house already seems just a wee bit too quiet but it will be nice to sleep past 7am tomorrow morning. My sister and her husband are amazing parents and I have so much admiration at how well they do to raise two beautiful children on such little sleep!
