Swamp Lily

Shiny Red bike sits at the front of the Swamp Lily Mercantile.  You can just see the sign on the black chalkboard in the right corner.  This made me think of my Blip friend Kd.  Bikes always do.  And I love the cars reflected in the window.  Another rainy day, but Shiny Red didn't seem to mind and just kept glowing for us.  
Lora and I wandered around Historic Micanopy and Cross Creek.  Extra is a busy bee on an orange blossom at the groves on Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings homestead.  I read everything she wrote when I first started coming to this part of FL.  They helped deepen my love for the swamps, hammocks, and the great Ocala National Forest.  I visit her home with reverence.
