Joy and Peggy

With Covid numbers still at very high levels, and rising, it was remarkable to see how very few people are now wearing masks. It's amazing how quickly we've adapted to another new normal, perhaps because Covid barely warrants a mention on the news. There's too much else to worry about.

The exception is our visitors from China. I asked these two students how they chose their English names. Joy's is a translation of the meaning of her Chinese name. Peggy's was chosen for being close to how her name sounds in Chinese. They were a delight :)
