Unpacked - and a sweary poem!

Bloody Covid!
Plans had to be changed
As Corona strikes once more
We unpacked the bags
That were waiting by the door
Childminding is off
We two don’t want to get it
Bloody Covid why
Don’t you just do one - Feck it!
Yes, wee Lucy tested positive for Covid this morning. However she felt better than yesterday when she said her body was sore all over. She didn’t eat anything yesterday so this morning she was really hungry and after breakfast went to her room to write - she says she is writing a book for Amelia for her birthday. Sweet :-)
I had to let Marc know that I wouldn’t be able to meet up after all and he was a bit disappointed but understands. We chatted for a while on the phone about the state of the world - he really worries about it all.
Then I had to decide what to do with the day.
It was lovely Spring weather so I took all the seedlings outside and potted them on - peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and parsley. I was going to Blip them but they were a bit droopy after being disturbed.
After lunch we had to go shopping to Morrison’s as we had run out of a few things.
I also nipped into B+M to get some lidded storage boxes. I like their boxes as they are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. I want to pack things like fabrics and things I am not using much and put them in the eaves storage space. Then I have some more clearing out to do.
I’ve lost another pair of specs! This time it’s my ukulele ones. Where do things go?
Anyway, that’s it for today.
Goodnight Blippers.
:-) X
