Causey Pike From Sail

A longer walk today.  From Braithwaite we headed up in a wide arc to the top of Barrow, then followed a path around Stile End onto Outerside, on to Sail and Crag Hill then a long descent into the Coledale Hause and down a long path to Force Crag Mine and back to the car.  Loads of uphills today means we are now nursing sore legs.  We have decided that we are not hill fit. Living in Norfolk, where the electricity pylons are the highest thing around, that is no surprise!
