La fantoccia

Today it’s la Befana in Italy and in my small town we make a “fantoccia”, a giant biscuit in the shape of a doll for girls and in the shape of a horse for boys. I’ve got two boys here in England and I made a giant horse! I know, the shape is not really nice, but the taste was delicious! Thanks go to my ex neighbour L in Italy who gave me her recipe!
