Verbena leaves

The leaves are very fragrant smelling of lemon, they can be used in salad dressings, flavouring for drinks, marinades and sauces and jam.
My potted plant just needed a trim so I will put the dried leaves in some castor sugar to flavour it for a sponge cake.
