Gold finch....sort of.

Very productive day off, managing to clean most of the patio with a new pressure washer his morning and giving my mother a lesson on the computer this afternoon. Actually managed to turn on and send an email!

I've been encouraging bird life in my garden for the past 3 years or so, but I really would love to see gold finches. I bought this one just over 10 years ago as part of my parents golden wedding anniversary present . The day I see a real one, I hope I manage to blip it!
