Wheels

This train car, along with several others, is parked at the scenic railroad station downtown. I imagine it's a wind block since this rail line is only in use for the scenic railroad's trips to Frostburg and back.

The weather is getting nicer. It looks like the threats of snow might be gone as spring gets closer.
