I had these two beauties visit my garden this afternoon. This photo and the one in extra shows them sitting on the swan plant before they fluttered off.

Sadly, it isn’t a frequent occurrence these days as my garden has been overrun with ‘evil’ paper wasps. They feed on the monarch butterfly at all stages of their life cycle.
