Moment of Calm.

Sometimes the day runs away with you...and then it's suddenly 8pm!

Makes me think of that quote from Hermann Hesse.

"Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself."

Sometimes it's in Cilla as I belt out the song being played on the radio, I love a bit of Carpool Karaoke for one...other times it's on a walk or a bike ride...and sometimes it can simply be whilst doing a jigsaw. :-)
