A fast fluttering flag

We spotted this a few weeks ago, seven or eight days ago a small car rally sign appeared beside it and last Saturday the cars appeared, running at a more sedate pace than the Mull Rally Competitors, we think it was a Classic Car Rally. Today the lonely red flag, car and sign long since disappeared, fluttered in the wind. I didn’t see the tree above at the time and now not sure if this is growing at an angle or the flag is out of kilter, and decided it didn’t matter.
