Mono Monday

On my final morning in Balmaha, before saying goodbye to Mindi and Roag, I took a walk along to the boatyard to see the situation there after all the recent rain. The water level is extremely high, especially when compared with last summer's low levels, which can clearly be seen in the extra on this blip last September.

Can you see the two tiny figures walking along the only jetty not currently under water? They were heading for one of the only two boats still moored in the bay, presumably one passenger about to be ferried over to one of the islands in Loch Lomond by boatman Sandy.
