Clever plan hatched this morning - get that pack of bacon out of the fridge, a bottle of ketchup and that stove from the back kitchen and head up the Raiders Road to the otter pool for a bacon sarnie lunch cooked al fresco...

By the time we got there... well, the shelter building took on a little more purpose and Milo's vocabulary grew to include 'WET!!!' and 'CAR NOW!'

The sort of day that, when recounted by the kids in the future, will start with 'You will never guess what my parents made us do...'
