Such an exciting day

As regular readers know, we had our troubles with Bodger the Builder on the refurb house, sacking him, knocking a lot off his bill and having to redo some of the work. So after a rest we're into the last stages of painting.

So while you gentle folk were out skiing, birdwatching, beach walking and all those other good things you always do, here's me onto my second 50m roll of multilingual masking tape. Amazing how much you can use in a hallway and staircase with multiple doorways, switches and twisty bits.

It's not the grubbing around on the knees that wears you down. Knee pads are magic. No, it's the regular standing up again that gets you. Viñho Verde afterwards at wine o'clock!
