Bracket fungus

Today F fitted a new bolt for my loft hatch as it had worn out and kept dropping down. The decorators had put a lot of paint around the sides stopping it fitting well so F sanded it down too. Grand job done.

This afternoon we went for a walk from the village and saw this bracket fungus on a tree.
