Stained glass
This is the interior of what was the Trinity Congregational Church designed by John Honeyman in 1864. It was later adapted to become the Henry Wood Hall, the home of the SNO until it moved to its new premises beside the Concert Hall. At the moment it’s one of the Tron Church buildings in Glasgow.
The stained glass on this wall was probably installed by Stephen Adam Studios in 1905. The other windows designed by Glasgow Boys J. Harrington-Mann and David Gauld who also worked in this medium, were made by Guthrie and Wells and installed in 1893. They were either gifted to the stained glass museum in Ely in 1978 or to Glasgow Museums.
