A visitor in the wee small hours...

I had the trail camera up in the woodland this week, to try and catch a picture of whatever was digging and scraping the soil and took it down this afternoon to see what  had been recorded. 

I got the usual  shots of deer including the large stag I have blipped several times ( and which is my extra picture today) , but I also got this - a badger just before 3.00 am on Thursday morning.    

Although I have seen badgers on the road a couple of times in the last 30 years I have never seen one up at Feorlean, so it is good to know they are around, even at unsociable hours.
