When life gives you a snowy day...

...make a vintage button bouquet!  (Hey, that rhymes!) I spent the snowy day using some of the vintage buttons I have to make this bouquet.  Four generations contributed to it.  I am looking for ways to use the hundreds of buttons I have, and this is a fun way.  I used a vintage saltshaker for the "vase", weighted with red glass stones.  We got more snow that expected.  I am plowed out and now Lainey will come and do the shoveling.  I had to go out once yesterday with my brush on the 20 foot pole to clear the satellite dish so I could restore the internet but today is a beautiful sunny day.  Spring, spring, where art thou?
