Dinner

The power of Instagram - I’ve been following Honey & Co for a while - Middle Eastern inspired food. This duck dish was delicious - served with walnut tahini. Really impressed, dessert was also good - a different take on cheesecake.
My class today were great - they tackled the work admirably, and didn’t notice it was lunchtime - commented that they’ll miss Fridays. You can’t beat f2f teaching!
I had an inspired idea and asked my manager if I could be their cover teacher online from Athens. We’re short of teachers and it appealed - I think she thinks the owner will also agree, especially as I’m the only teacher who teaches everything, and is already on the system. Fingers crossed - it’ll benefit both of us!
