Petworth

We made the most of the nice weather today and headed out to Petworth for a visit to the gardens and deer park. I’ve not been in the gardens before but was wowed by the swathes of daffodils all around - we just came at the right weekend, I think. We didn’t have much time in the expansive deer park but did manage to see a herd of deer grazing in the distance (see extra if you look closely). Then on the way home we stopped at a little cafe on a village green in Chiddingfold where we shared a delicious sausage roll. All in all, a very nice trip.
