Cherry blossom

Before I went away, flowers were delivered with a few sprigs of cherry blossom amongst them. I was dubious as to whether they would open, but they have and they are exquisite.

I can understand people travelling to Japan to see the cherry blossom in bloom.

I've been at home all day. I've done a few loads of washing and generally caught up. I have felt under the weather, as if I was getting sinusitis. My lateral flow test is negative again; so was Mum's.

Bob came to visit. Lovely to see him and hear that his physio visit (to "my" physio) had been a success.

Hopefully, tomorrow I will have recovered from the journey.......
