Flower Power

I think we could be onto something here in da workhouse. Thanks to a brainwave from my boss (and thanks to me for materialising it). It takes two to tango! We had sunflower on our minds since the 4th day of the invasion of Ukraine and as it is their national flower we've been trying to come up with an effective way to symbolise hope without costing the earth (and man hours). The poppy literally popped into my boss's head during the early hours of this morning.
We hope to "up cycle" some old poppy stalks so that one can wear one and broadcast some hope with a bit of flower power. And if successful who knows.....
