As far as I ran

After pottering around a bit I went for a run before the weather deteriorated and did 0.1mile for every year I have now lived - some people run a whole mile for every year but I would never have managed that!
I'e been trying to sew up my knitting but it is quite hard as it's black and the pattern is reversed but I'm getting there.
Late afternoon we went over to son's for tea to celebrate grandson's 10th birthday, we had a lovely time. The rain came on just as we were setting off.
The extra is of a ball of wool I wound using my new toy - so much easier than the ild ways.
