Holm of Grimbister, again (Day 2498)

I had a pretty much free day today, which is just as well since I wanted to see how George and his poorly paw were.
After taking Sigyn for a wander down the middle of the main road, I accompanied my beautiful wife to Stromness and we found George still wearing the poultice HV put on him yesterday. It seems he is a lot less lame, which is a huge relief. HV put another poultice on him, so hopefully there will be a further improvement overnight.
Back home for lunch, then out with Sigyn along the main road again. The wind made conversation really difficult, so HV and I just shouted at each other while Sigyn murdered voles.
Later, as HV zoomed off to check the horses I cleared out the van before heading out to look at a couple of jobs and picking up fish and chips on the way home.
