Sand and seaweed

Although we live by the beach, we rarely see sand as most of the beach is pebbles. Today I had a lovely walk, chat and coffee with a new friend....as far as the Newhaven jetty end of the bay. Extras - the jetty and the Newhaven/Dieppe ferry reversing out of the narrow entrance. We will be catching the ferry on Monday! R and I went to view a house (contingency plan) and met the people we are supposed to be buying from - fingers crossed. Happy weekend all.
