Ice on pine

Clear sky and sunshine but -5C this morning. By noon the sun is doing its work and creating strange shaped icicles from the remains of the snow. 
The local charity contacted us reference taking in Ukrainian refugees into our home to confirm details and ask questions about us. At the moment they don't have anybody, but will let us know. We live in a small village about 20 minutes drive from town. It seems that most women with children prefer to stay there as they get a lot of activities arranged for them and are with other Ukrainians.
So we will keep on buying necessary shopping for them each time we are in town..
