Catching the sun

I spotted this hyacinth flower catching the early morning sunshine and it was calling out to be Blipped.

Today has been mostly ok.  Quite amused chatting to my Dad this morning and now he understands how much a carer juggles, and I reminded him how it's even more when Dad's come to "help" and aren't patient!  My sister is also finding out that it's a lot more than she realised!

This afternoon we had the Age UK lady and she's working with Mr T on the life story template I downloaded from Dementia UK, and I had the bi-monthly cancer programme board, and then some phone calls.
