Another awful nights sleep… a mix of pain in my abdomen and missing my mate beside me.

After listening to him coughing all Night long I figured by morning I’d be coughing too

I woke up sneezing and had such a sore head it took me about half an hour to get out of bed.

I took the medicine first thing and then decided not to take any more antispasmodics because everything that went down my throat came out the other end.

I fell asleep late morning and when I woke I felt decidedly better.

Running tea and coffee up to the Covid patient was exhausting but he is so sweet to sit in that room to protect me. So a bit more exercise is nothing

I’m so lucky To still be testing negative.
