Crow

Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh

Long walk through the New Town and down to Inverleith.  It was all pretty grey so headed back to the crocus and daffodils in the Botanics.

This crow seemed intent on showing off the neat feathers on its back... at least I think it's a crow.  I look and look yet never know, the difference between rook and crow.  (My father's advice to keep me right: that crows are solitary while sociable rooks frequent rookeries.)
