Soup’s Up!

We’d a cracking morning for the golf, the warmest of the year so far, even had to take my jacket off. Down to three layers in early March!
There are still berries on some of the trees which is strange. Too few birds around I guess.
Decided to make a vegan soup for lunch but as usual with a few recipe variations, the main one being the addition of some bockwurst. Zooshed it up a bit!
