Back Blip - one of several, so please bear with me!

Awoke to a snowfall and the news that Russia had invaded Ukraine. Not the ideal start to a day that involved having my blood pressure checked at the local health centre at 9.30am! Unsurprisingly, given the combined circumstances, my BP was higher than it should have been and another change in medication ensued. Hopefully, all will be better when I make my return visit in a few weeks.

The snow eased off by mid-morning and began to thaw in the afternoon. Just time to have a wander down to the Canal and along for a bit before returning back via Haggs and get settled for a Zoom seminar in the afternoon.
