Afternoon walk

We went out for a walk this afternoon. It had been sunny but it clouded over. It was noticeably warmer than of late. Spring is definitely in the air. I was rather hot in my new padded coat but I’ll be glad of it next winter. The derelict buildings at the back are being removed but one is a listed building. It looks like the owner is hastening its demise but trying to make it look as if it’s falling down naturally. He’s been wanting to build on there for years.
