St Andrew’s Church, Temple Grafton

A quick trip out this afternoon to see the church at Temple Grafton.

Temple Grafton was mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086 but this church was only built in 1875.

In a previous church’s porch on this site the marriage of William Shakespeare to Anne Hathaway is believed to have taken place in 1582.
